Camel Nuts has an easy to process, customer friendly refund policy


1) Received a poor quality item, get a refund?

If the product delivered by us is of poor quality , you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

Note: Any damages/wrong product received need to be informed immediately. 
 

2) What If received a wrong item, how can return it?

In a rare circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item, incase original item is not available, we will process refund.


3) What if did not received the complete ordered product?

In very rare circumstances where you order more than one product and you found one of the products you ordered is missing. Kindly take the photo and Video on same day of delivery and share it with us so that we can crosscheck and send it you the missing item which you ordered.


4) What if want to cancel the order?
Orders which are placed for shipping can be cancelled within one hour from the time of placing the order; you have to drop an email at mail@camelnuts.in. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. If you purchased a Product using an offer code or gift code, the money value of any offer code will not be refunded.
