1. General Information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.

• Multiple shipments may occur for a single order due to: late stock arrival after dispatch, returns and exchanges, resending missing items from the original order, or transporting goods with different storage requirements across different vehicles. These measures aim to meet customer delivery deadlines and complete orders.

• Orders altered or changed after checkout and payment on the website, due to reasons such as stock unavailability at dispatch, goods return or exchange, may result in multiple charges on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

2. Shipment Instructions:

Standard shipping is available on working days (Monday to Saturday); national and local holidays are observed as non-working days.
Items on our website are can shipment within 6 hours for within Coimbatore (between 10 am and 5:30 pm). Shipments outside Coimbatore will take 2-3 working days.

Our estimated maximum shipping time is 7 working days from the order placement.

3. Delivery Instructions:

Delivery times are estimates starting from the shipping date, not the order date. These estimates are indicative and subject to order acceptance and approval. Delivery dates may vary due to reaching our daily order limit or specific item availability. In rare cases, products may be delivered separately.

Our estimated delivery time is within 7 working days from shipping.

For goods delivery, an adult must be present at the address. If not, the transporter or Courier Company may leave the package with a secure receiving authority (e.g., doorman, concierge, building package center). Delivery at upper floors may incur additional handling charges due to heavy weight and size.

4. Delivery Charges:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 days from confirmed orders (6-10 days delivery).

Prepaid Orders:
•    Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500: ₹100 delivery charge within Tamil Nadu.
•    Above Rs. 1500: Free delivery within Tamil Nadu.
•    Above Rs. 2500: Free delivery within India.

Note: Standard shipment charges are subject to change without prior notice. All delivery charges may vary based on location, weight, and size.

5. Damaged Items in Transport: 

If packaging is damaged on delivery, contact us immediately at our customer service number and provide a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours.

We are responsible for the loss or damage of products purchased from us up to the handover to the carrier or booking with the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
